IDENTIFYING A MARKER

To identify the location of a marker in a township, use the following standard alpha-numberical grid to designate an identifier for a given section, corner or intersection.

For example: The southwest corner of Section 26 would be designated by the identifier 17V (this is the LOCATION CODE OF MARKER IN TOWNSHIP to be entered on the reference report).
